Star Barista Wanted in Fulham

We’re looking for a full-time Barista to join the team at Carbon Kopi Barons Court. This is a proper barista role for someone who loves good coffee, enjoys a busy neighbourhood café, and knows how to make customers feel genuinely welcome. We were in Best Coffee Shops 2026 Top 10 in London and Top 40 in the UK. Its a great opportunity to work for a store thats truly going places.

The Role

You’ll work 20+ hours per week (guaranteed minimum), across 2 shifts, at £14+ per hour. You’ll be making coffee, serving customers, helping with prep, keeping the space sharp, and being part of the day-to-day rhythm of a busy Fulham café.

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of specialty coffee experience

• Confident espresso skills and solid milk texture

• Basic latte art

• Comfortable with dialling in, grinder care and machine cleaning

• Happy working across coffee, till, prep, cleaning and stock

• Warm, reliable, team-first attitude

• Someone who enjoys regulars, pace, and a bit of personality on shift

• £14+ per hour

• 20+ hours per week guaranteed

• 2 shifts per week
