Senior Barista

As the Senior Barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our E17 stores. You will be responsible for upholding our standards of coffee preparation while delivering excellent customer service.

Our stores are card only, no more cashing up! No customer toilets to manage. No food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high quality coffee beverages in accordance with our standards.

Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop at all times.

Demonstrate punctuality and maintain regular attendance to fulfill scheduled shifts.

Lead a small team of Barista's.

Stock ordering and management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a barista.

Knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and espresso equipment.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional coffee experiences.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
