Its focus is on offering specialty coffee, authentic Italian street food including gourmet focaccia sandwiches, sweets and savouries treats and salads. Our requirements: • Genuine passion for coffee. • Attention to detail and commitment to outstanding quality. • Excellent communication and great customer service skills. • Clean and efficient, working well under pressure. • Strong work ethic and punctual. • Positive attitude, friendly and open personality. • The ability to lead a team and provide ongoing training • Eligible to live and work full time in the UK. • Excellent latte art skills & sound knowledge espresso extraction, grinder calibration, and basic coffee equipment maintenance. • At least 1 year’s experience in a similar fast paced environment.
