Coffee Development Lead

bonbon started as a café in London in 2009, and we’ve grown to include Wild Bear, our specialty roastery and café at Chelsea Waterfront. We’re looking for a friendly, flexible and experienced coffee professional who loves getting stuck into everything, from the bar to the roastery and wants to help make us one of the UK’s top specialty coffee companies.

No two days will be the same. You’ll:

• Work behind the bar and help manage the café, keeping service smooth and standards high

• Support roasting, cupping and quality control alongside our Head of Coffee

• Train baristas in our team and for wholesale customers

• Help win and look after wholesale accounts

• Represent us in coffee competitions

You’ll bring:

• Solid specialty coffee experience across bar, café and ideally roasting

• A warm, friendly approach with customers and colleagues

• Flexibility and a genuine willingness to muck in wherever needed

• A strong palate, high standards and a passion for coffee
