Brunch chef / Baker

We're hiring for a brunch chef / baker at our shop Monies in Putney, SW15 2SW

• 40 hrs/week, £13.50 to 14.50 / hr depending on experience

• Typical working week is Weds to Sun 6.30am to 2.30pm daily with Mon and Tues days off

• Duties include filling and baking croissants in the morning, making the cinnamon buns and cakes, taking care of a small brunch menu, preparing and packaging the toasties, undertaking the weekly ordering , keeping a clean and tidy ship and relevant paper work and food hygiene up to date

• must have at least one year experience of working in a professional kitchen

• must be a keen baker and have some experience in baking cakes and buns

• food hygiene level one and two certificates are preferable
