Barista

Lane Eight Coffee is seeking a friendly and hard working part-time barista who is passionate about coffee and wants to grow their career with us!

We believe that the best cafe experience consists of exceptional customer service and great coffee. Our daily trade depends on the relationships we've built with our regulars, and on the consistent quality of the coffee we serve.

The successful applicant will provide personable and genuine customer service, be attentive, and have control of their surroundings during service. Specialty coffee experience is preferred, but not essential. Training can be provided so long as you bring a curiosity and willingness to learn and improve.

Ideally you'll live close enough to not have to rely on public transport in order to arrive on time for early shifts and the expectation is to have full weekly availability, especially weekends which are our busiest time.
